‼️ The deadline for our Chinatown Literacy Project (CLP) is SUNDAY, OCTOBER 17TH AT 11:59 PM! ‼️

🥳 We would love to thank everyone who participated in our annual Chinatown Beautification Day Youth Conference & Clean up event from 9/18 (@cbd.cyi). We didn’t expect so many volunteers to show up (150+ registrations 😱), so thank you for making this year’s event extra special since last year’s CBD was remote and we couldn’t meet physically in person. We hope that you all had as much fun as we did and we’re happy to have gained new members in our beloved CYI family 🥰❤️.

✨TOMORROW IS THE DAY! 😎✌️ Our 19th annual Chinatown Beautification Day Youth Conference + Clean Up is taking place from 11:30 AM until 5:30 PM, so come join us for loads of fun 🎉

Thank you everyone for zooming into our CYI Summer Shorts event for a virtual screening of two Asian American short films, Koreatown Ghost Story and Golden Boy. We had a lovely turnout and had a great Q&A discussion with the filmmakers. We’re elated to announce that we’ve raised over ✨$1,400✨from this fundraiser, so thank you all for your kindness in supporting the Summer Leadership Institute @sli.cyi
